Danny Nestor

Born and raised in NYC

Danny Worked for the NYPD for 23 years, and retired as a detective. He Traded tall buildings for tall mountains in 2017 and moved to the flathead valley. 

Fitness has always been a part of his life whether it was through athletics or in the gym. He is a firm believer in Functionality training, training for life’s activities.

Rachel Arnold

Hi, I'm Rachel!

A mom of two boys, a wife to a passionate powerlifting/weightlifting coach, and a past CrossFit regional athlete. 

I have been a personal trainer for 15 years with 13 of those years specializing in CrossFit, weightlifting and powerlifting. I have completed multiple certifications which include: CF L1 and L2, CF kids, CF gymnastics, USA weightlifting, CF weightlifting, Precision Nutrition, and NASM. 

My passion is wellness and long term health. To guide others in finding confidence within themselves, to provide support and accountability, and to help busy adults create healthier habits with nutrition.

I am here to coach you when you are ready.

Ali Williams

Fitness, nutrition, and athletics have always been an integral part of my life. Growing up in the Flathead Valley, I competed in a variety of sports and developed a deep appreciation for movement, discipline, and community. Today, I’m passionate about giving back by helping others build strength, confidence, and lifelong healthy habits.

I graduated from Carroll College with a degree in Biology, where I also played softball for the Saints. During my time there, I learned how to balance academics, athletics, training, nutrition, and the many demands of everyday life. I later earned my master’s degree in Social Work and now work as a mental health therapist, allowing me to support clients not only physically, but emotionally and mentally as well.

I am an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, Sports Nutritionist, and Transformation Specialist, as well as a CrossFit Level 1 Coach and softball coach. My approach is rooted in both evidence-based training and a deep understanding of mental wellness.

My goal is to empower my clients with confidence, resilience, and self-belief. I strive to be a coach, advocate, and supporter—helping each person create a sustainable, balanced, and healthy lifestyle that supports both body and mind.

Gavin Sutton

Hi, I’m Gavin!

I was born and raised here in the Flathead Valley, I enjoy being physically active such as taking walks, hikes, and paddleboarding. I also enjoy exercising my mind with a good book.

I believe you should be training to function better to do the things you love. That’s why I became a Personal Trainer with NASM, with specializations in Movement and Mobility as well as Weight Loss. Looking forward to training with you!

Hello! I'm Emily Agate, and I believe that fitness should fuel your life, not complicate it. 

As a mom of two busy boys and a former professional wakesurfer, I know firsthand the challenge of balancing high-level performance with daily life. My passion for fitness isn't just a job, it's been my constant. I combine the focus and intensity learned as an athlete with personalized training plans to help my clients achieve goals they didn't think were possible. I’m here to show you how to feel strong, energized, and ready to tackle anything, whether you’re chasing a personal best or chasing toddlers.
